We prefer communicating via email. This helps us keep a paper trail of what's being discussed between us and the client.

Response time.
Our response time ranges between 24-72 hours.

Do we take phone calls?
Occasionally. This doesn't happen very often because our process is very straight to the point. But in a case where a client urgently needs to speak to us over the phone, we are willing to schedule a call for us to speak.
