Design Process


The On-Boarding Process
Once you've booked your service through our website, you'll receive an email from us within 24-48 hours.

In this email, you'll receive a welcome packet to get you started. The welcome packet will include a brief introduction into your project, a scope of your scheduled payments(if service costs more than $120), a secondary terms of conditions contract (to digitally sign), and last but not least; a design questionnaire to help collect information in regards to the project at hand.


Time to Design
During this time, we will be outlining and brainstorming to begin designing.

Once the design process is complete, we then move forward to the proof and revision stage.

Proofs and Revision
Once we’ve completed the first set of proofs, your design will be sent to you to look over and revise.

You'll have 2 free revisions available. Additional revisions are billed at an $10 hourly rate.

The Wrap-Up
Once revisions have been made & completed; we now move to the finalizing stage.

You'll receive your designs in the following formats:

PNG, JPEG & PDF

Any raw files are an additional fee.

Final Payment
You'll then pay your remaining balance via invoice. Once your balance has been paid, your final design files will be submitted to you.
